Mark James Neeleman
Advanced Mobility
Mark sits at the hinge of INNX’s advanced-mobility work. Under agreement with REGENT Craft — and as joint-venture partner with INNX — he opened the path that brought the Brazil Seaglider Initiative into being with the State of Santa Catarina.
His brother, David Neeleman (co-founder of Azul, JetBlue, and Breeze), joined REGENT’s Board of Advisors on 12 April 2023. The Neeleman line is part of how this industrial story reaches Brazil — with INNX as REGENT’s Brazilian counterpart on the public memorandum.

Roberto Emrich Soares
Structuring & Funding
Roberto leads structuring and funding for the family office. His path runs through development finance institutions and international banking — IFC’s infrastructure desk in São Paulo, CAF’s private-sector work in Brazil, treasury and investment banking at Itaú BBA and XP, and cross-border debt at Santander in New York.
The work is capital for sustainable assets and high-impact projects: project finance, agency and development-finance structures, and bringing serious money to the table without noise.

INNX builds Structuring Team on a best-of-breed model per Mandate.
We bring aboard people with the specialty scope needed to deliver each mandate and project — to conceptualize, develop, structure, market, implement, and operate the approved work. Led by Joe Lago, the team draws on best-of-breed partners as needed: investors and bankers, project-finance experts, clean-energy engineers, carbon specialists, financial, tax and legal structuring experts, and ESG specialists.
