Waste-to-X pathways — for example organic waste → biomethane — may appear as aligned demonstration / advisory collaboration. INNX role: advisor under mandate. Never developer-owner language, never “INNX project,” never deal numbers or counterparties.
We do not publish client names, deal numbers, sites, capital stacks, or NDA timelines.

Public initiative
Brazil Seaglider Initiative
INNX helped bring this story to Brazil. With Mark James Neeleman — REGENT Global Ambassador and our joint-venture partner on the Advanced Mobility path — we convened the Brazil Seaglider Initiative and the December 2024 memorandum of understanding with the Government of Santa Catarina and REGENT Craft. The State’s public record names INNX as REGENT’s Brazilian counterpart on that agreement. Public launch: 18 March 2025, Florianópolis (FIESC).
Published stakeholders include Santa Catarina, REGENT Craft, INNX, Zurich Airport, and BR Marinas — among others on brazilseaglider.org/partners. REGENT reports more than $10 billion in global commercial orders; its Board of Advisors includes David Neeleman (Azul, JetBlue, Breeze), named 12 April 2023.

Joby Brazil Week
INNX promoted and convened Joby Brazil Week (May 2026) — a structured market-entry program with Joby Aviation, a leading eVTOL company, alongside state governments, airport operators, and commercial aviation in Brazil.
Proof of method, not a trophy wall: global platforms, into the room with the right counterparts — on the water with REGENT, in the air with programs such as this.
